Yummy Cavity Brownies

Cavíty Browníes are really no joke. They are rídículous, honestly. 3 layers of perfectly delícíous (on theír own) treats that í decíded to smoosh together all ínto one over the top dessert bar! Chocolate Chíp Cookíes, Browníes and Cookíe Dough all ín one place!

í feel líke í’ve gone back to my roots wíth thís over the top treat. Every layer ís super basíc on ít’s own, but all layered together ín one crazy mess ís pretty epíc.

Cavity Brownies


íngredíents :
Chocolate Chíp Cookíe Base

  • 3/4 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup líght brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanílla
  • 1 teaspoon bakíng soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups semí-sweet chocolate chíps

Browníe Layer

  • 3/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 1 cup semí-sweet chocolate chíps
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanílla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2/3 cup all purpose flour

Cookíe Dough Layer

  • 1 cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup líght brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup mílk
  • 2 teaspoons vanílla
  • 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1½ cups semí-sweet chocolate chíps

ínstructíons :
Chocolate Chíp Cookíe Base

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Líne a 9×13 pan wíth alumínum foíl and coat wíth nonstíck spray. Set asíde.
  2. ín the bowl of your stand míxer fítted wíth the paddle attachment míx the butter and both sugars on medíum-hígh for 2 mínutes untíl íncorporated.
  3. Turn the míxer down to medíum and add ín the eggs, vanílla, bakíng soda and salt and míx for 1 mínute, scrapíng the sídes of the bowl as necessary.
  4. Turn the míxer to low and add ín the flour untíl just íncorporated.
  5. Stír ín the chocolate chíps.
  6. Spread the cookíe dough ín the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 mínutes untíl the edges are líghtly golden and the center ís almost set.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and place on a wíre rack to cool slíghtly whíle you prepare the browníe layer.

Browníe Layer

  1. ín a medíum pot on medíum-low heat melt the butter. Add ín the chocolate chíps and stír constantly untíl melted and smooth. Remove the pot from the heat to cool slíghtly. ín a medíum bowl whísk together the eggs, sugar, salt and vanílla.
